Byron is shopping for a new filter and I am wondering if any of you have a filter that you are satisfied with.  I am looking for a filter that would integrate with Active Directory as well as be compatible/programmable across multiple subnets.  I am also looking for a program that has EXCELLENT reports as well as the ability to auto email reports on a regular basis.  Would also like the opportunity to do some packet shaping too. Any suggestions? JenSee More

Is anyone having performance issues with the ADMIN side of Online MCA testing?  Our XP clients have been working very well - its just managing the test sessions that has been incredibly slow!Also has anyone successfully gotten the MCAs to work on Win 7? We have had quite a few problems with that as well.JenSee More

I am very interested in what districts are using for client based remote support.  I am looking for something completely web based, inexpensive, and very easy for the client to use.  I know of Webex and GotoExpress, but wondering what you use?Thanks!JenSee More
