Brian from Roch Catholic Schools will be demonstrating the free FOG network imaging solution in the afternoon of the May 7th Meeting!

10:30 - Julie Barnes introducing herself as the Area Integration Specialist as part of the E2T2 Grant Project and cooperation betwen SSC and LeRoy-Ostrander schools. Julie will also be giving an overview of the Grant Project and the need for participating districts to determine their Lead Teachers for the project. Julie will give info on the requirements of the Lead Teachers (who receive a stipend) and the time commitments for them and the districts.

9:30 - Welcome!

9:35 - Updates - SEMNET, RAMSP, Legislative, others?

9:50 - TECHSPO Update - Registration is live, Info available on website (http://www.rschooltoday.com/rsc), Keynote Speaker has been determined, finalizing some teaching sessions, helpers needed for set-up on Wednesday June 16th and during the event on the 17th

10:25 - Break

10:30 - Julie Barnes - Regional Technology Integration Specialist through the E2T2 Grant that began in Jan 2010 and lasts until June 2011 - Julie will be talking about the Grant itself and the Teacher Leaders portion for the 21 area schools that are a part of the grant, along with Q&A about the Grant expectations and commitments.

11:00 - General Issues discussion - Plans for SEMTEC Next year, Issues that districts have seen come up, MCA Testing, Summer Training for Techs? (ideas, suggestions, time-frames?), other discussion areas.

11:30 - Lunch and continued general discussion

12-noon - Tech Training Session: Brian from Roch Catholic Schools will be demonstrating the free FOG network imaging solution for the afternoon.

Kari might be giving the SSC update on Friday. She's checking her schedule to see what will work for her within out agenda time-frames.
