Minnesota Department of Education Awards Contract for New Assessment Vendor

Read Commissioner Cassellius' statement at http://ht.ly/4N2Xq regarding the award of the assessment contract.

 

With the execution of the assessment contract, Research and Assessment will begin working closely with the American Institutes for Research (AIR) in the coming months to transfer the Minnesota Assessment system. Information impacting districts will be provided via several venues:

• District Assessment Coordinator Meeting—August 3
• Minnesota Assessment Conference—August 4
• 2011–2012 Procedures Manual for Minnesota Assessments (when available)
