No, I have not. This is an item that the technology coordinators of the Archdiocese of St. Paul / Minneapolis are looking into. I will let you know as I receive more information through their e-mails.

I just thought that this would be good timing to share computer recycling information with each other.

Last year Apple picked up 90+ old iMacs for free because we submitted a major purchase with them. As technology coordinator, it's a good feeling to get rid of ten year old computers.

We are working with a company out of Ladysmith, Wisconsin that will pick up any amount of computer equipment for a flat $100. They supposedly work with a few other schools in SE MN, and are looking for more, as they like to have a number of schools lined up together to make fewer pickups. 5 R Processors can be reached at 715-532-2052.

We also used the Apple free recycling program to get rid of 4 pallets of stuff last fall. We don't even own any Apple products. They took away computers, monitors, printers, network hardware etc. Worked out very well.
