Julie Voice Pack Push

Has anyone scripted the install of the Julie Voice Pack?  I really do not want to touch each machine that this needs to be installed on.

In particular, I think the actual install will be easy via a script to do the install and then copy the license file to the appropriate place.  But the problem I'm finding is changing the default voice in the control panel to the Julie Voice.  If I can do this with Group Policy, I would be a happy techy today.  Seeing as the students do NOT have access to the control panel, using GP is my only option here.
