E2T2 ROUND V PART 2

The E2T2 Round V, Part 2 grant competition has been opened. The grant RFP states that for consortia applications, at last one partner must have a percentage of families in poverty of at least 6 percent. It is not stated which indicator MDE is using to determine this. I am enclosing the 2008-2009 Free & Reduced Price Lunch Counts and Bureau of Census poverty ratings per district for general use, just in case any of you need them in your E2T2 process.
