Cost per Mb of internet connectivity

I'm starting to get my 470 bids back and I'm wondering what kind of cost per mb all of you are seeing. My best bid so far is $19.35/mn over fiber for a 100mb connection.  Substantially cheaper than what we are paying now but certainly not what I was hoping for.  Please let me know what you all are seeing.

    Brian - Did you get the pricing from the SEMNET 470 process (I can't remember if you are a part of that or not). That might be good for comparisons.
